PAVEFORM gratings are laid on a stabilized surface.
From 15 to 60 cm of compacted gravel. Type 0/30 depending on quarry. Thickness depends on the nature of the soil and the purpose of your project. See data sheet.
Cover your soil with a minimum 150-micron geotextile.
No slope calculations are required, as the entire surface is permeable.
Use concrete kerbstones or BORD’EASY finishing strips.
Simply snap the grids into place. Pay close attention to the direction of the paving for a beautiful final aesthetic effect.
The grids must be staggered.
Use an angle grinder to make peripheral cuts.
Fill with 2.5/5 aggregate (or similar) approx. 70 kg/m².
Trowel the surface with a stiff squeegee or helicopter. The surface of the grids serves as a guide.
Circulating after 48 hours.
Easy maintenance with high-pressure water jet
1- Lay and fit PAVÉFORM grids in a staggered pattern on stabilized ground. Plan your slopes at 1.5cm/m for rainwater run-off.
2- Cut the edges with an angle grinder.
3- Fill with aggregates & resin
4- Trowel the surface with a rigid float or helicopter.
Aesthetic, easy to install, easy to drive over, draining and durable!
